More than five decades as a CEO, Board Chair, Company Director, entrepreneur, adviser and executive mentor have given Simon experience from virtually every seat at the leadership table.

He has led and advised organisations through growth, restructuring, transformation, acquisitions and international expansion across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, the United States and the United Kingdom.

His experience spans businesses of different sizes and industries, from privately owned enterprises to complex corporate environments. Along the way, he has built businesses, led people, served on Boards and helped organisations navigate periods of significant change.

Today, Simon works alongside CEOs, executives, business owners and Boards who value an experienced, independent perspective. His approach combines practical business experience with coaching, mentoring and evidence-based advice.

He has a Master of Commerce, Post graduate qualifications in both Employment Law and Workplace Health & Safety and a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
